Vulnerable people living in cold houses or struggling with heating bills could benefit this winter from practical help and advice from Somerset County Council. Their Warm Homes Project has 200 ‘Warm Home Kits’ which include draught excluders, tank jackets and pipe lagging available for those in greatest need.
