River Sowy and King Sedgemoor Drain

The
Environment Agency will be at Othery Village Hall on Wednesday 10
December from 2pm – 7pm to explain the work taking place to deliver their
part of
the Flood Action Plan (FAP).
They will present a range of proposed options for the River Sowy
and King Sedgemoor Drain. The aim of the works is to increase the
capacity
of the river system and reduce the risk, depth and duration of future
flooding.
